August 6 & 7, 2011 at the Litchfield Maine Fairgrounds Rain or shine, Country Fest Maine will be a fun-filled weekend of great country, bluegrass and folk music. Outdoors under the clear Maine sky, festival goers will enjoy the music and comaraderie with fellow music lovers. If the weather doesn't cooperate, then Country Fest will move inside to the covered arena without missing a beat. Country Fest is presented by the Down East Country Music Association. DECMA is one of Maine's oldest country music associations and has been dedicated to the promotion of country, bluegrass, folk and gospel music for over 25 years. Country Fest is held at the Litchfield Fairgrounds in Litchfield, Maine. The Litchfield Fairgrounds has also been home to the Litchfield Fair since 1858 and the Blistered Fingers Bluegrass Festival. |
